Who is Finz’art for?
The self-employed and small businesses in Switzerland: trades and technical work, health and wellbeing, consulting and services. Anyone who invoices their work and wants to follow their business without becoming an accountant.
Can I use Finz’art without accounting knowledge?
Yes. You work with quotes, invoices and expenses, in the words of your trade. The accounting details are prepared for your accountant.
How does Finz’art help me check the suggested details?
Every detail read from a receipt carries a status: Recognised, To check or To complete. Nothing is saved without you seeing it, and you correct it by hand.
Does Finz’art replace my accountant?
No. Finz’art organises and prepares your documents to make working together easier. Your accountant remains your point of contact for bookkeeping and tax matters.
Does the app work on iPhone, Android and computer?
Yes. Finz’art opens in the browser at app.finzart.ch, on a computer as on iPhone and Android, with the same account. You find the same data everywhere.
Where is my data hosted?
On your device first. With a Finz’art account it is also copied to the Finz’art server, hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak, so you can find it on your other devices. Reading a document and the assistant go through services described in the privacy policy, and only with your consent.
Can I get my data back if I stop my subscription?
Yes. Without an active subscription your account becomes read-only: your documents stay viewable and exportable. You can also delete your account and all its data at any time.
Can several people work on the same account?
Yes. From Settings, then Team, you invite someone by e-mail address: they get a code, create their own Finz’art account and work in your space, with the modules you open to them (quotes and invoices, expenses, bank, VAT, schedule, projects, settings). Each accepted team member costs CHF 9.90 a month or CHF 99.– a year on top of your subscription. Your accountant, read-only, costs nothing. You revoke an access at any time. For example: the apprentice records their hours and takes the site photos, the office writes the quotes and invoices, the accountant reads the books without changing anything, each with their own account.
