Privacy policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Finz’art is a management app (quotes, invoices, expenses, VAT, QR-bills) for self-employed people and small businesses in Switzerland. It is designed so that your data stays with you: on your device and, if you create an account, on a server hosted in Switzerland that serves only you.
1. Who is responsible
The publisher of the app (“we”): Jordane Vettese, sole proprietorship Finz’art - JVettese, UID CHE-313.464.758, see the legal notice. Contact: support@finzart.ch.
Two roles, depending on the data. For your account, your subscription and your exchanges with support, we are the controller. For the data you enter about your clients, patients and suppliers, you are the controller, and we process it on your behalf, as a processor (art. 9 FADP): our commitments are in point 6 of the terms of use.
2. What the app records, and where
All the data you enter is saved in the app's local database, on your device. This covers your customer and supplier contacts (names, addresses, e-mails, phone numbers), your quotes, invoices, credit and debit notes, payments and expenses, the scanned documents converted to text, your business details (company name, address, IBAN, UID or VAT number, logo) and your settings.
From a browser, at app.finzart.ch, it is the same database, kept by the browser in the storage it reserves for this site. It remains there after the tab is closed, until you clear the site's data or your data in the app. On a shared computer, sign out and clear the data: the app offers to do so when you sign out.
- Without a Finz’art account, no server receives your data. On a phone, the app works without an Internet connection, except for the scan described in point 3 and the update check described in point 3 bis, which carries none of your data. From a browser, the page itself is downloaded each time it opens: without a connection it does not open, even though your data is there.
- There are no audience analytics, advertising or tracking tools in the app.
2 bis. The Finz’art account (optional)
You can create an account in Settings, then My account, with an e-mail address and a password. It is used to find the same data on all your devices and to have a permanent backup. Nothing obliges you to: without an account, everything stays on your device as described in point 2.
- What is sent. Once your address is confirmed with the code received by e-mail, the app copies to the Finz’art server your contacts, quotes, invoices, credit and debit notes, payments, expenses, job sites, hours, planning appointments (title, date, place and notes), supplier offers, internal quote calculations (purchase prices and margin), the change log (the state before and after each correction), VAT returns and settings, then every change. The photos and PDFs of the receipts attached to your expenses are copied too, by the device that holds them, so that they show on your other devices and in the web app; they are read by your devices, by the members of your team who have the Expenses module and, if you have created a link for them, by your accountant (point 2 quater). A receipt's file disappears from the server with the expense it is attached to. The list of the inbox to sort and the history of your questions to the assistant also stay on the device. Your company logo, however, is copied with your settings, to appear on the documents you produce from your other devices; it is reduced before being sent, and “Remove the logo” removes it everywhere. The access code for AI analysis and the OCR key are never sent to the server; on a phone they are kept in the iOS keychain or the Android Keystore, and in a browser, lacking an equivalent, in the storage the browser reserves for this site, in clear text, as point 7 explains.
- Where. On a server and a database hosted by Infomaniak, in Switzerland. The e-mails the app sends you (confirmation code, forgotten password, trial messages, invitation or readmission of a person in your team) go out through Infomaniak’s mail service, also in Switzerland. Exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). The data belongs to the account that sent it: a request can never reach another account's data.
- Password. It is stored as a hash (scrypt); we cannot read it. A forgotten password is replaced with a code sent to your address.
- E-mails. The server writes to you to confirm your address, replace your password, accompany you during the trial and, if you work as a team, invite or readmit a person to your space (point 2 sexies). Never a newsletter, never business data in an e-mail.
- Devices. Each connected device is listed in My account (device name, type, last sync). You can sign out the other devices at any time. When two devices change the same field at almost the same time, the server keeps a notice for the one whose value was set aside, until it receives it and for thirty days at most: the document and the names of the fields, not their content. The same notice is kept when a person chooses to keep their own version of a document another device had just changed.
- Assistance. At your request, and only at your request, support can read or restore a setting of your account from the synchronisation log, for example your services library overwritten by mistake. It never reads your documents or your figures on its own initiative.
- Server backups. An encrypted backup of the database is made every night and kept for thirty days, also in Switzerland. The technical copies taken before each server update are encrypted in the same way.
- Deletion. My account, then Permanently delete my account erases, in a single operation and after confirming your password, the account and all the data it holds on the server. The nightly backups that contained it expire within thirty days.
2 ter. The subscription
The subscription is taken out from Finz’art in a browser, with your account, and payment is handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland). Stripe receives your e-mail address and your payment details; Finz’art never sees or stores your card number, only the state of the subscription (active, stopped, date of the next renewal) and the customer identifier at Stripe. Stripe processes this data under its own policy: stripe.com/privacy. Deleting your account cancels the subscription.
2 quater. The file for your accountant (at your decision)
With an account whose address is confirmed, the app can place on the Finz’art server the accounting file for a period, so that your accountant can consult it with the receipts for your expenses, which the account already copies to the server (point 2 bis). The file does not leave without an action from you: the upload is made from Accounting export, then Send to my accountant, after a confirmation that says what is about to be copied.
- What is uploaded. The files of the period's export (detail in CSV and Excel, entry journal, change journal, list of receipts, the same figures in XML, and the prepared VAT return if you are liable), then the files of the receipts attached to your expenses that the device holds and the server does not have yet: the photo or the PDF of each supplier invoice, receipt or till slip. A receipt is sent only once, and only if its fingerprint matches the one recorded when it was filed.
- Where. On the same server, in Switzerland, at Infomaniak, in a folder specific to your account, readable by the Finz’art service alone. Exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS).
- Who can read. The uploaded file: only the person to whom you pass a link, which you create in Settings, then Accountant. That link opens a read-only page: the uploaded files and the receipts on the server, for download. It allows neither a change nor a view of anything else in your account. It is valid for one year, and you can see how many times it has been opened. The receipts themselves are also read by your devices and by the members of your team who have the Expenses module (points 2 bis and 2 sexies).
- Withdrawing. Settings, then Accountant withdraws a link (the page no longer opens) and removes a period's file from the server. A receipt's file disappears from the server with the expense it is attached to, and everything disappears with the deletion of the account.
- These files are not in the nightly backups of the database, which contain only data from the database. Your device and your encrypted backups remain the reference copy of your receipts.
2 quinquies. The quote acceptance link (at your decision)
From a quote, you can create a link your client opens in their browser to accept it in one click. Nothing is published without that action of yours.
- What is published, and to whom. The page the link opens shows the whole quote (line items, amounts, terms, and the deposit requested, with the number of its invoice and whether it is already paid) and your business details: name, address, phone and e-mail if you gave them, and VAT number if you have one. Anyone holding the link address can open it, with no password: that is what lets your client open it without installing anything.
- What is recorded when the client accepts. The name they type, the date and time, and their IP address. Those three are the proof of acceptance, the one that makes the quote binding. The server also keeps a copy of the quote as it was accepted: the link shows it even if the quote changes afterwards, and it goes with the line holding the proof. The IP address is used for nothing else: it is not cross-referenced, passed on, or exploited in any other way.
- For how long. The link has a validity you can see on the quote. After it expires or is revoked, the row holding the name, the time and the IP address is kept for ninety days, then deleted automatically. The acceptance itself (date and name) stays in your quote, on your device, like any accounting record.
- Withdrawing. The quote revokes the link: the page no longer opens. Everything goes with the deletion of your account.
- Your client has no account with us, and we have no relationship with them. You decide to send them this link, and it is for you to tell them that their name and network address will be recorded as proof if they accept.
2 sexies. Your team (at your decision)
From Settings, then Team, you can invite other people to work in your space: a team member, or your accountant in read-only. Nothing opens without this action on your part.
- What the server records. The e-mail address you invite, the role and modules you open to it, the date of the invitation and that of the acceptance. The six-digit invitation code is sent to that address through Infomaniak's mail servers, in Switzerland; only its hash is kept, and it is erased as soon as the code has expired, seven days after it was sent; the code is only accepted by a Finz’art account whose confirmed address is the one that received it. A person whose replacement had ended and whom you invite again receives, instead of the code, an e-mail telling them they have their access to your space back.
- What the invited person sees. The data of your space, in the modules you opened to them, on their own devices: your contacts and, depending on the modules, your documents, expenses, bank, planning, projects and VAT returns. As soon as one of the modules documents, expenses, planning or projects is open, they also receive the list of your projects and their hours, which those data refer to; your documents only leave with the documents module. The settings of your business are readable to them, since the documents need them; a team member you open the documents to also keeps your catalogue of services and your hourly rate; an accountant changes nothing, and their app refuses any write; the internal calculations of your quotes (purchase prices and margin) go to the people who have the documents, never to an accountant. Expenses in the salaries and social charges categories do not go to a team member without the Settings module; an accountant receives them, since they keep the books. What they write belongs to your space and stays there if you remove them.
- What you see of them. Their e-mail address, the date of their acceptance, and the name of their devices in My account, with their address. The server's synchronisation log records which person pushed each change.
- Removing. Settings, then Team revokes an access: from their next synchronisation, the person receives nothing more from your space, and their app removes your data from their device; photos and receipts taken on that device stay there, with nothing showing them, so they come back if you invite the person again, and are erased when the device joins another space or changes hands; a copy they made themselves before (a backup, a PDF) stays with them, like any copy you would have handed over. They can also leave your space themselves. Deleting your account erases your team.
- Your responsibilities. The people you invite act in your space under your responsibility, for the data of your clients and patients as for professional secrecy; it is up to you to inform them and to open only the modules they need.
3. What you send: text recognition (scan)
When you scan a document (photo or imported file), the image is sent to the third-party text recognition service ocr.space (a9t9 software GmbH), which returns the text it read to us.
- This sending happens only after your explicit consent, requested before the first scan and revocable at any time in Settings, then Data and security.
- Only the image of the document is transmitted. No identifier about you goes with it.
- Processing by ocr.space is governed by its own policy: ocr.space/privacypolicy. Finz’art does not keep this image once read; the receipt you then attach to an expense, on the other hand, is copied with your account (point 2 bis). The recognized text is saved locally, in the app, under your control.
- If you enter your own ocr.space key, on a phone it is kept in the system's secure storage (iOS keychain or Android Keystore); in a browser, in the storage the browser reserves for this site, which only this site can read, which protects less (point 7).
“AI analysis” option (off by default, enabled in Settings, then Advanced): the photo is then sent to the Finz’art server, which passes it to Anthropic's Claude model to read its fields (amount, VAT, date, number, details) and returns the result to you. The Finz’art server keeps neither the photo nor the result. Anthropic processes the image under its own terms: anthropic.com/legal/privacy. This processing takes place outside Switzerland, in the United States; by enabling this option you consent to this transfer. Without it, none of your photos is transmitted to Anthropic. From a browser, this is the only possible path: the ocr.space service cannot be reached there, so reading a document goes through your Finz’art account and through Anthropic, with the same explicit consent requested before the first sending. This option is subject to a separate consent, requested before the first sending, and the ocr.space service is then no longer used. The assistant does not depend on this option: it works as soon as the address of your Finz’art account is confirmed, or with the access code, and after your express consent, asked once before the first sending and which you can withdraw at any time under Settings, then Data and security; that consent is what the transfer rests on (art. 17 para. 1 let. a FADP). The transfer is also covered by Anthropic’s data processing agreement, which incorporates the European Union’s standard contractual clauses, adapted to Swiss law by an addendum (art. 16 para. 2 let. d FADP); Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. These safeguards also apply to reading a document through your account. What it transmits goes through the Finz’art server and then through Anthropic's Claude model, therefore also outside Switzerland, in the United States. The server counts the number of requests per day and per account, without keeping their content. No text and no figure is kept by the Finz’art server. Here is what leaves, function by function. Payment reminders: only the facts of the reminder (number, amount, dates, step, customer name except in discreet mode) are transmitted, and you reread the text before any sending. “Dictate a quote” sends the dictated or typed text (never the voice), the services library, the name of your profession and a list of words specific to that profession; in discreet mode the customer names are not transmitted, whereas the prices of your services and your hourly rate do go with the request, since they are what allows the lines to be priced; an imported PDF is read like a photo. “Correct by voice”, once the quote is in lines, also sends the quote as it stands on screen: its lines with their quantities and prices, its notes and, outside discreet mode, the customer's name. “Rephrase a line”, in a quote, sends the wording of that line and your trade, nothing else. The “weekly review” can be written by the AI (off by default): only aggregated figures (collected, outstanding, overdue, expenses, VAT, forecast) are transmitted, never a name. With “A question?”, only the text of your question and the list of calculations the app can do (their titles, never your amounts) are transmitted; the calculation then happens on your device. Finally, when the app suggests the category of a supplier invoice, it transmits the description, the amount, the list of your categories and the supplier's name, the latter except in discreet mode; for a scanned document whose supplier is not yet known, this suggestion is requested as soon as the “Document analysed” screen opens.
The app's microphone (dictating a quote): the app asks for access to the microphone and to speech recognition the first time you tap “Speak”. Your voice is turned into text by the phone itself when it can, as the keyboard microphone does, otherwise by the speech recognition service of Apple (iPhone) or, on Android, by the one set on the phone (Google’s on most devices), under their own terms; in a browser, by the browser's recognition service (Google for Chrome, Microsoft for Edge, Apple for Safari). To recognise your words better, expected words go with the voice: in a browser, the words of your profession, the names of your services and, outside discreet mode, the names of your customers; on a phone, only a few, the names of your customers first (outside discreet mode). On a recent iPhone (iOS 26 or later), if this recognition does not start, Apple's dictation engine built into the phone takes over: the voice is then transcribed on the phone itself, with no expected words and without anything being sent; the language model is downloaded from Apple the first time, with no data about you. On a phone, with a Finz’art account or the access code, the app also records your voice during dictation and, when you tap “Done”, sends this recording to the Finz’art server, in Switzerland, which transcribes it more accurately with Whisper, free software installed on that server; the expected words go with it, including those of your profession. The recording is passed to no third party, Anthropic included: the server does not write it to its disk, keeps it in memory only for the time of the transcription and keeps neither the sound nor the text, and the app deletes it from the phone as soon as it is sent. Without a network, or if the server does not answer, the phone's text is kept. Only the resulting text, which you see on screen, then goes to the assistant as described above. The keyboard microphone remains usable instead; your keyboard's terms then apply.
If you use neither the scan, nor a Finz’art account, nor the assistant's access code, nor the app's microphone, none of your data leaves your device: neither your customers, nor your documents, nor your amounts. What remains is the update check described just below, which carries nothing of what you enter.
Healthcare professionals. If you care for patients, what you enter about them may be data about their health, sensitive personal data within the meaning of the data protection act. With the assistant, the text you dictate goes as it is to Anthropic, in the United States, discreet mode included: it contains what you say, for example a patient’s name and the care given. Outside discreet mode, the list of your patients’ names accompanies every dictation, and the draft of a reminder transmits the patient’s name, the amount and the dates. With an account, the planning appointments and their notes are copied to the Finz’art server, in Switzerland (point 2 bis). You remain responsible towards your patients, professional secrecy included: to keep these data on your device, leave discreet mode on (in the Care sector it is on from the start) and do not name the patient or describe their condition, whether dictating, in the lines and notes of a quote corrected by voice or in the description of an expense; or do not use the assistant. If you work in the care sector (nurse, physiotherapist, osteopath, massage therapist and others), a patient's record can also keep what their health insurer asks for to pay them back: date of birth, sex, insurer, policy and insurance card numbers, reason for treatment, doctor and prescription, including earlier prescriptions; for nurses, each recorded visit also keeps the type of care given. This data stays on your device, is copied to the Finz’art server in Switzerland with an account (point 2 bis), appears on the patient's invoice and is never sent to the assistant.
3 bis. The update check
Each time it opens, the mobile app checks whether an update is available with the distribution service Expo (Expo, United States), which hosts our updates. This request carries none of your data: it sends the installed version, the device type, and an installation identifier specific to this copy of the app, which says nothing about you and which we link to nothing. It happens even without an account and even without the scan. The browser version does not use it.
4. E-mails, PDF, exports and backups
- Documents (PDF, QR-bills, CSV and Excel exports) are produced on the device.
- Sending by e-mail opens your phone's mail app or, in a browser, your mail program, to which you attach the saved file yourself. The e-mail leaves from your account, never from our servers.
- The backup creates an encrypted file (AES 256 GCM, key derived from the password you choose). You decide where to keep it through the system share sheet (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, computer, etc.) or, in a browser, through a download. The service you choose is then subject to its own terms. Without the password, the file is unreadable and we cannot recover it.
5. Permissions requested
| Permission | Why | When |
|---|---|---|
| Camera | Photograph a document to scan | Only when you start a scan |
| Photos | Import an existing photo of a document | Only when you choose “Import” |
| Microphone and speech recognition | Dictate a quote with the “Speak” button | Only when you tap “Speak” |
No other permission (location, phone contacts, notifications) is used.
6. Retention and deletion
Your data stays on the device as long as the app is installed there. You can delete it item by item in the app, or entirely by uninstalling the app. Without an account, we hold no copy of it. With an account, it stays on the server as long as the account exists; deleting the account (point 2 bis) erases it, and an item-by-item deletion in the app is carried over to the server at the next sync. The app also keeps a log of changes, copied with the account and handed to the accountant with the period: deleting a contact or a file that carries documents leaves its previous state there; a contact or a file without any document leaves only its name. The server also keeps, as long as the account exists, the trace of a deletion (the type and identifier of the row, without its content), so that a device left offline does not bring it back. The server keeps, for each account, a log of changes for ninety days at most, the time for all devices to receive them.
On your device, the app writes a technical copy of your data before two operations that cannot be undone: an update that transforms the database, and a replacement of your data with your account's data. This copy is there to go back if something goes wrong. On a phone, it stays on the device, goes to no server, and is deleted after seven days. In a browser, no such folder exists: the file is downloaded, in clear text, to your downloads, and the app can neither find it nor delete it: it is up to you to file it or delete it. The erasure meant for handing the device to someone else writes none: if you want one, first make an encrypted backup from Settings, then Backup.
7. Security
The data is protected by your device's security mechanisms (passcode, system encryption). Secrets, such as the OCR key, the access code for AI analysis or your account token, use the system's secure storage (iOS keychain, Android Keystore). In a browser, this keychain does not exist: these values are kept in the site's local storage, protected by the browser's origin isolation and not by the system. On a shared computer, sign out. Backups are encrypted as described in point 4. On the server side: HTTPS connections, hashed passwords, short-lived session tokens, strict isolation between accounts, limits on the number of attempts, encrypted nightly backups. Keep your device up to date and protected by a passcode, and choose an account password that you use nowhere else.
8. Your rights
Swiss data protection law (revised FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR give you rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability. You exercise them directly in the app: viewing, editing, export (CSV, Excel, backup), item-by-item deletion, and complete deletion of the account. For any question, or if you can no longer access the app, contact support: we reply within thirty days.
9. Children
The app is intended for professionals and is not meant for people under 16.
10. This website
This website is a static showcase. It sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tools. The Support page carries a contact form, which links back to this policy (the same form is also served by our server at api.finzart.ch/contact): the name, e-mail address and message you enter there are sent to our server, which e-mails them to support@finzart.ch and keeps no copy; they serve only to reply to you and stay in the support mailbox for the duration of the exchange, twelve months at most. The server hosting the site keeps standard technical logs (IP address, requested page, date) for a limited time, for security purposes only.
11. Changes
Any change to the app that would alter the above will lead to an update of this policy, with its date, and to a notice in the app. Completed on 27 September 2026: what the assistant transmits when you care for patients (point 3), and the list of what the account copies to the server, planning appointments, supplier offers and change log included (point 2 bis).
Version of 7 September 2026: addition of the optional Finz’art account and of sync between devices. Version of 8 September 2026: the browser version and the storage it uses (point 2), and the explicit mention of processing outside Switzerland by the AI analysis provider (point 3). Version of 9 September 2026: the company logo is now copied with the settings, whereas it previously stayed on a single device (point 2 bis), the list of the inbox to sort and the history of questions are no longer copied to the server (point 2 bis), the technical copies written on the device are described (point 6), the update check is described (point 3 bis), and point 7 explains what a browser can really protect. Supplemented on 9 September 2026: reading a document from a browser necessarily goes through Anthropic (point 3), the category suggestion for an expense is added to the list of transmissions (point 3), and points 2, 2 bis and 6 distinguish what a phone does from what a browser does for offline use, the keychain and the technical copy. Version of 12 September 2026: the subscription and Stripe (point 2 ter). Version of 13 September 2026: what the browser does with the OCR key, sending by e-mail and the backup (points 3 and 4). Version of 15 September 2026: the upload, at your decision, of the accounting file and the receipts for your accountant, and the read-only link that gives access to them (new point 2 quater, point 2 bis amended). Version of 18 September 2026: the browser version is served at app.finzart.ch and no longer at api.finzart.ch/app, so the browser storage that holds your data is the one of that new address (point 2). Version of 21 September 2026: the quote acceptance link, what its page publishes and what the server records when the client accepts, including their IP address kept for ninety days (new point 2 quinquies). Completed on 21 September 2026: the assistant (reminders, quote dictation, weekly summary, questions, expense category) does not depend on the “AI analysis” option, which covers only the reading of a document; what the assistant transmits goes through Anthropic, therefore outside Switzerland, and point 3 now says so function by function, “Rephrase a line” included. Discreet mode holds back the names of your customers and suppliers, and those alone: the prices of your services library and your hourly rate go with the dictation again, without which no line could be priced (point 3). Completed on 21 September 2026: the assistant asks for your express consent once, before its first sending, and that consent can be withdrawn in the settings; it is what the transfer to Anthropic rests on (point 3). Completed on 21 September 2026: what support can read or restore at your request (point 2 bis, “Assistance”). Completed on 21 September 2026: the contact form of the Support page, what it transmits and how long the message is kept (point 10). Version of 24 September 2026: the form opens from the Support page and is served by our server, at api.finzart.ch, on a page that links back to this policy (point 10). Completed on 24 September 2026: the app's microphone for dictating a quote, what it sends, to whom, and the permission it asks for (points 3 and 5). Completed on 24 September 2026: speech recognition goes first through Apple’s or Google’s more accurate service, and through the device alone when there is no network (point 3). In a browser, the service is that of its maker, Microsoft for Edge included, and the word list goes with it when it accepts one (point 3). Version of 25 September 2026: what “Correct by voice” sends, the recognition service set on an Android phone, the assistant's access code (point 3), and the contact form back on the Support page (point 10). Completed on 25 September 2026: dictation also sends the name of your profession and a list of words specific to it, with no personal data, and these words go with the voice to the recognition service (point 3). Completed on 25 September 2026: the category suggestion for a scanned document is requested as soon as the “Document analysed” screen opens (point 3). Completed on 25 September 2026: on a phone, the voice is again transcribed first by the device itself, with Apple’s or Google’s service as a fallback, and only a few expected words go with it (point 3). Completed on 25 September 2026: on a phone, with an account or the access code, the recording of the voice goes to the Finz’art server in Switzerland, which transcribes it with Whisper without keeping it, and it is deleted from the phone once sent (point 3). Completed on 25 September 2026: on a recent iPhone, Apple's dictation engine built into the phone takes over when the usual recognition does not start, without sending anything (point 3). Version of 28 September 2026: in the Care sector, discreet mode is on from the start, and what it still lets through is spelled out (point 3); a contact or a file deleted without any document leaves only its name in the log of changes, and the trace of a deletion, without content, is kept as long as the account exists (point 6). Version of 30 September 2026: the publisher is identified, and the two roles are distinguished, controller for your account, processor for the data of your clients and patients (point 1); sending e-mails through Infomaniak, in Switzerland, is stated (point 2 bis). Completed on 30 September 2026: sending to Anthropic also rests on the standard contractual clauses of its data processing agreement, with their Swiss addendum (point 3). Version of 1 October 2026: for nurses, what a patient's record keeps for their health insurer, and the type of care of each visit (paragraph “Healthcare professionals”). Version of 3 October 2026: the team of a space, the people you invite into it, what the server keeps about them and what they see of you (new point 2 sexies). Version of 4 October 2026: a team member with the documents open also keeps the catalogue of services and the hourly rate (point 2 sexies); what an invited person receives exactly according to their modules, the erasure of the invitation code's hash as soon as it expires, and the removal of your data from their device when you remove them (point 2 sexies). Version of 5 October 2026: the insurance record covers the whole care sector, not only nurses, and keeps earlier prescriptions (paragraph “Healthcare professionals”); photos and receipts taken on the device of a removed person stay there until they come back or until the device joins another space or changes hands (point 2 sexies); the receipts attached to expenses are copied to the server so that they show on all your devices and in the web app (points 2 bis and 2 quater); internal quote calculations never go to an accountant (point 2 sexies); an image read for a scan is not kept (point 3). Version of 6 October 2026: the acceptance link page also shows your phone and e-mail, and the server keeps the accepted version with the proof (point 2 quinquies). Completed on 6 October 2026: the e-mails the server sends, the same list in points 2 bis and 2 sexies, including the invitation and readmission of a team member (point 2 bis), and the deposit the link page shows (point 2 quinquies).
